Scope of this policy
This Shipping & Delivery Policy ("Policy") describes how Market Minds Advisory Private Limited ("MMA", "we", "us") delivers its products and services to clients ("you") who purchase from marketmindsadvisory.com, through one of our analysts, or via a third-party reseller that we have authorised in writing.
The policy applies to every product line we offer, including:
- Syndicated market research reports (PDF + Excel data-pack)
- Single-chapter or section purchases
- Subscription seats to MMA Inside Track, our analyst-briefing programme
- Custom research and consulting engagements
- Data licensing and on-demand pulls from MMA Data Vault
This Policy should be read together with our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and any individual engagement letter or order form signed between the parties. If there is a conflict, the engagement letter controls.
Digital-only delivery
All MMA deliverables are digital. We do not print, bind, courier, or otherwise physically ship reports, USB drives, or hard copies. We do not charge shipping fees, customs duties, or freight, because there is nothing physical to move.
If a client requires a printed or bound copy for internal use, the licensed PDF may be printed locally in line with the licence tier purchased see section 6. MMA will not arrange external printing on behalf of clients.
Going digital lets us update reports as markets shift, deliver in hours instead of weeks, and minimise the environmental footprint of our research. Every deliverable lives in your MMA Client Portal and can be re-downloaded any time during the licence term.
Standard delivery timelines
Subject to successful payment confirmation and any compliance checks (see section 4), MMA targets the following delivery windows:
| Product | Target delivery time | Channel |
|---|---|---|
| Off-the-shelf syndicated report (any licence tier) | Within one (1) business day of payment confirmation | Email + Client Portal |
| Single-chapter / section purchase | Within one (1) business day | Email + Client Portal |
| Excel data-pack (when sold standalone) | Within one (1) business day | Email + Client Portal |
| Inside Track subscription activation | Within two (2) business hours during 09:00–18:00 IST, Mon–Fri | Client Portal access link |
| Custom research engagement | Per the signed Statement of Work typically 4 to 12 weeks | Milestone deliveries via portal + live readout |
| Data Vault one-off pull | Three (3) to five (5) business days after spec sign-off | Encrypted download link |
Business day means Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 IST, excluding declared public holidays in Pune, India. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Order workflow
Every order moves through four checkpoints from the moment of purchase to the moment the deliverable is in your hands.
Order placed
You purchase via the website, an MMA analyst, or a signed quote. You receive an order-confirmation email within minutes.
Payment & compliance
We confirm payment with our processor and run a brief sanctions / export-control check against the licensee.
Provisioning
Client Operations creates your portal seat, attaches the deliverable to your account, and emails a secure access link.
Delivery confirmed
You log in, download, and your named analyst sends a short note offering a 30-minute walk-through of the findings.
Steps 01 and 02 are usually completed inside two business hours. Steps 03 and 04 are completed inside one business day.
File formats & contents
Unless the engagement letter specifies otherwise, syndicated reports are delivered as a bundle of three artefacts:
Main report
Watermarked PDF, fully searchable, optimised for desktop reading and projector display. Typical length: 200–340 pages.
Excel data-pack
All quantitative exhibits in editable form segmented forecasts, regional splits, vendor share tables, source notes per cell.
Executive readout
10–14 slide summary deck, brand-neutral, suitable for redrafting into internal board, IC, or sales-strategy material under your licence.
Custom engagements may add additional artefacts interview transcripts, scenario models, on-page benchmarking dashboards, or recorded analyst readouts as agreed in the Statement of Work.
Every PDF is watermarked with the licensee's organisation name and the purchase order ID. This is purely a licensing safeguard it does not affect printability or readability.
License distribution
Your licence tier governs how many people inside your organisation may access the deliverable and how copies may be circulated.
| Tier | Distribution | Printing |
|---|---|---|
| Single User | One named individual. The deliverable may not be forwarded, hosted on a shared drive, or posted on an intranet. | One printed copy for personal use only. |
| Multi User | Up to five (5) named individuals at the licensee entity. Internal email forwarding to named users is permitted. | Up to 5 printed copies, one per named user. |
| Enterprise | All employees and on-site contractors of the licensee entity, worldwide. Hosting on an internal intranet is permitted; external sharing is not. | Unlimited internal printing. |
For all tiers: short excerpts may be reproduced in internal slide decks, investment-committee memos, board papers, or regulatory filings with attribution to MMA. External press use, paid syndication, or use in a public-facing product requires a separate licence please write to Bilal@marketmindsadvisory.com.
Custom engagement delivery
Custom engagements deliver against the milestones recorded in your Statement of Work. A typical 8-week engagement follows the cadence below; longer engagements scale proportionately.
- Week 1 Kick-off. Working session, refined hypothesis tree, interview list, and milestone calendar.
- Week 3 Mid-point readout. Slide deck covering primary findings to date, with open questions called out in red.
- Week 6 Draft deliverable. Full report, data model, and slide deck shared for client review and source-checking.
- Week 8 Final delivery. Finalised artefacts placed in the Client Portal, plus a 60-minute close-out readout with the engagement partner.
All custom deliverables are subject to one round of client mark-up at the draft stage. Additional rounds, if needed, are agreed in advance and may extend the timeline.
International delivery
Because we deliver digitally, there are no customs, duties, freight, or carrier-handling charges to manage. We currently service clients in over 40 countries across North America, EMEA, Asia-Pacific, and the Gulf, with no surcharge for region.
Two operational notes apply to international clients:
- Time zones. Client Operations is staffed during 09:00–18:00 IST. For US-West, EMEA, and APAC clients we coordinate analyst readouts at times that fit your working day, while provisioning continues during our standard business hours.
- Sanctions and export controls. We do not deliver to entities or jurisdictions subject to comprehensive sanctions under Indian, UK, EU, UN, or OFAC regimes. If your order is held for a compliance check beyond two business days, we will contact you with the next steps.
Failed or delayed delivery
If you have not received your deliverable within the windows in section 3, please do the following before escalating:
- Check your spam, junk, and quarantine folders for an email from noreply@marketmindsadvisory.com or delivery@marketmindsadvisory.com.
- Confirm with your IT team that *.marketmindsadvisory.com is allow-listed for both email and download traffic.
- Log in to the Client Portal at portal.marketmindsadvisory.com using the email address on the order your deliverables will be attached to your account even if the email did not arrive.
If the deliverable is not in your Client Portal within the stated SLA, email Bilal@marketmindsadvisory.com with your order ID. We will provision a fresh download link inside two business hours and, where the failure is on our side, credit the delay against your next order.
Causes of delay on our side that we will own and credit include processor-failure on payment confirmation, portal outage, or a missed compliance hand-off. Causes outside our control include client-side mail blocks, incorrect email on the order form, or sanctions checks that require additional documentation from the licensee.
Updates & re-issues
Syndicated reports are typically updated on an annual cycle. During your active licence term, you are entitled to:
- Errata patches. Any correction issued by MMA within 90 days of the original delivery is provided at no additional charge.
- Mid-cycle data refreshes. When published, these updates are delivered at no additional charge to existing licensees.
- Major edition upgrades. Available at a discounted upgrade price compared with purchasing the new edition at full price.
Updates are pushed to the Client Portal and announced by email to all named users on the licence.
Access & archival
Your access to deliverables in the Client Portal is maintained for the duration of your licence term. After the licence expires:
- Deliverables remain visible in the portal in a read-only archive state for a further 12 months.
- Active downloads of expired editions are disabled, but you can request a copy by writing to Client Operations.
- Renewing the licence re-enables full download access.
If you are decommissioning a user, please notify us so that we can remove the seat and reassign it where the licence tier allows.
Refunds & cancellation
Because deliverables are digital and delivered in full within one business day, refunds are governed by our Terms & Conditions, section 10. In summary:
- Pre-delivery cancellation. A full refund is available if the order has not yet been provisioned.
- Post-delivery cancellation. Generally unavailable because the deliverable has already been transferred. However, a goodwill credit may be issued at our discretion if the report materially fails to meet its published scope.
- Custom engagements. Governed by the cancellation provisions in the applicable Statement of Work, with fees prorated according to the work completed.
